Objective

Provide consulting to clients seeking to establish and advance supplier diversity initiatives.

Approach

We will work as an extension to the client’s supplier diversity team or we will manage the program as an outsourced function.

Services

• Assess established supplier diversity programs
• Articulate the business case and create the foundation for supplier diversity program development
• Create supplier diversity program tailored to client’s needs and business imperatives
• Liaise with client’s IT and Finance departments to establish appropriate reporting methodology
• Develop internal / external communications strategy
• Provide supplier diversity training and education to internal teams
• Establish Tier 2 program
• Provide technical assistance to client’s diverse suppliers
• Represent client at outreach events
• Establish key external relationships
• Manage small business subcontract plans
